In the movie Fight Club Brad Pitt had an intermediate build as far as muscle size goes, but his muscle tone was outstanding! In fact, If you have been lifting for any amount of time of time, you in all probability have more muscle size than Brad Pitt had in Fight Club. Women seem to prefer this type of body over an overly muscular body almost 100% of the time. If you want to impress guys in the gym, then by all means, gain a ton of muscle mass. If you want to impress women, then aim for that lean Fight Club look.

Don’t Kid Yourself…It Is Harder to Get Lean Than it is to Get Big!

Guys in the gym never discontinue to amaze me. They are very impressed by those bulky bodybuilder guys who lift heavy weights, but have very little tone. I listen it all the time…”that guy may bench 405 for 6 reps”…”that guy has 20 inch arms”…etc. Most of these big guys never get low sufficient body fat percentages to see any outstanding muscle tone. I keep my body fat levels to 6% year round and don’t get much respect from the guys in the gym, but the girls give me a lot of attention. Honestly, getting huge takes very little self discipline. If you growingly lift heavier weights in the 6-12 rep range and eat like a pig you will get big!

Getting Too Big Will Give You a Cheesy Look!

I hate to rip so hard into bodybuilders, but may we retire the Everlast clown pants? Seriously, you have to recognise what I’m talking about. How when it comes to those guys that wear those spandex pants or tank tops that they cut to make smaller? Is there a worse group as far as style goes than bodybuilders? Style is very important to women. If you get too big, then you can’t even wear normal jeans. Big guys likewise look stupid when they try to dress up. You may never look GQ or hip if you are too big. Don’t get crazy at me if you are big, I’m just here to help.

A Simple Plan to Get a Lean “Fight Club Body”.

Hopefully I’ve persuaded a few humans to lose the clown pants and come back to a reality where women will talk with you again. It is simple, but not easy to get a Fight Club Body. I would commend workouts with only 20 minutes of lifting followed by 40-60 minutes of cardio. Makes sure that you start out your cardio session with high intensity interval training. If you don’t how to carry out cardio in that manner, then enter that term into Google. Low intensity cardio only works to get you down to around 10 to 12 percent body fat, if you want to get genuinely toned then you are going to have to work cardio hard. As far as eating goes, don’t obsess with protein. You don’t need a ton of protein to maintain a lean body. The main thing is to keep your total calories consumed lower than what you burn. I am regarding 185 pounds and consume with regards to 1500-1800 calories per day disseminate over 3 meals. Whenever I do the 6 meal approach, I can’t keep the calories low sufficient to lose body fat. If you may eat 6 littler meals and keep the calories low, then you may use that approach.

Here’s to Achieving a Fight Club Body!

5The greatest thing in the world
By cocomom
I put this on (I had to step into it and shimmy it up my body) and then HOLY FIRE! It totally sucked in my love handles. It took 2 inches off my waist and didnt constrict my chest at all. I put it on and went shopping all day and it was great. It was a bit constricting when sitting for long periods of time, but otherwise totally comfortable. I am 5ft 145lbs and I got the medium. It totally helped the baby belly left over from my last pregnancy. I want one to wear every day.

4It works!
By C. Terni
I bought this to wear to zumba class along with a sports bra. I wanted something that would hold ALL of me in, rather than just my chest. And this worked. Period. It went on easily, stayed on, and didn’t dig in or ride up through an entire 1.5 hour master class. It also looked great under a work shirt for a 10-hour day. Did I mention it didn’t ride up? It DID NOT ride up!

My only complaint is that it did flatten my chest a bit more than I would have liked, but that’s to be expected with most of these garments.

For reference, I’m 5′ 8,” 38D, and I wear a size 16 in most clothes. I bought an XL in this, and I probably could have gotten by with a Large.

5This is a must for those that have a bit of a “muffin top”
By Kathleen M. Donohoe
I discovered this product at the local Costco. Found it in large, and liked it, A LOT! I needed it in Medium, and there were no mediums at all, at any of Costco’s in my area.
I started searching on line, and looking for the best price. I did determine after trying it on at the local Macy’s that medium would work best, and that I had to have it. The length of this product is absolutely the best, and the most wonderful part? It doesn’t “ride up” it stays put. Period.

HerRoom does a great job, and ships quickly. This great product coupled with great service makes this a win/win situation. If you would like to get a shapelier figure this a great way to get it!
